Audio JournalHere’s a private space for you to practice your spoken and written German. Only you and your instructor can see these posts. You can either create the audio recording in ANVILL, or upload a media file from your computer or mobile device. To get started, follow these steps...
To reach the recording tool, click on Audio Assignments in the Lesson Menu.
Click on the “+” sign at the bottom of “Sprachen…” to create a new entry.

Step 1: Recording Yourself
Fill in the information required: a title, a brief description, etc.
Click the “start” button to begin recording. You may have to “share your microphone”.
You can also upload audio or video files.
Click the Save button.
Step 2: Writing
You can write here or copy and paste from elsewhere.
You can also attach your summary here--most file types
are accepted.
Click the “Choose File” button.
Find the file you want to Upload on your computer.
Click the Upload button.
Click Submit.

Step 3a: Uploading files
The process is the same for media files.
Make sure your file is visible in the Attachments box.
Click Save.
Step 3b: Checking your uploaded file
If you’re successful, your entry will look something like this. Only Bené can see it.
This entry has both sound and text.
