Lets begin the session of

HOW TO USEANV Retail


Step 1 The very first step is to fill data in Masters section so

that we can add data of our Purchase Stock or Available Stock in the software.

Lets have a look which types of data we can fill in Masters section....


From this Masters section you can add different types of information. Some of them are

required at the time of entering Purchase Stock


Here you can add details of your valuable customers.


Just click on add button to add details of Customer



After filling all details click on save button

Here you can add vendors details like Creditors, Suppliers, Transporter and Broker.


In Creditors/ Suppliers Section you can add details of them.

Click on add button to highlight



After filling all details click on save button


In Transporter Section you can add details of them.

Click on add button to highlight all sections



After filling details click on save button


In Broker Section you can add details of them.

Click on add button to highlight


After filling details click on save button


Here you can fill different details of products like group, sub-group, product, design, type, shade, brand unit and rate code...


In Group Section you can add Category of products whether it is Men’s Collection, Ladies Collection, etc.

Click on add button to add group


Fill name of group what you want

Click save button to save your group

Your created group will be displayed here


In Sub-Group Section you can add Segment of product whether it is shirts, trousers, pants etc.

Click on add button to add Sub-group


Fill name of Sub-group what you want

Click save button to Save your Sub-group

Your created Sub-group will be displayed here


In Product Section you can add details of product.

Click on add button to add Product details.


After filling details click save here


In Design Section you can add description of products.

Click Add button so that all the fields will be highlighted

First you select product from the drop down section, you can also add product from the button next to drop

down.


After filling details click save button

Your Design will be displayed

here


In Type Section you can add type of product.

Click Add to highlight


Add type name of product

Click on save Button

Your type is displayed here


In Shade Section you can add Shade of product.



Add Shade name


Your Shade is displayed here


In Brand Section you can add Brand of product.



Add Brand name of product


Your Brand is displayed here


In Unit Section you can add Measurement of product.



Add unit name for product


Your Unit is displayed here


Step 2

After entering master data now you can add purchase inward in Transaction


1. After adding details in master now click on Transactions.

2. Click on Purchase Inward. Here you can add Purchase details of product or available stock at your store


After clicking on Purchase inward this box will appear where you can add stock.

Click on add button to highlight all the section


After clicking add button first you have to fill all details mentioned above as Doc No, Doc Date, Supl Ref No., etc

After filling above data lick on add button to highlight details below


1. After clicking Add button all the below fields are highlighted. Add all the details of your

Purchase/Available Stock here. 2. After filling all details click on

confirm button.

3. When you click on confirm your Net amount will be shown here


After clicking add button your product will be display

After filling all details of purchase click on save button


In Sales Section you can see Retail Invoice, Sales return, etc.

For billing you can click on Retail Invoice


For billing you can click on add button for the first time to

highlight all section.



After click on add button all the fields are highlighted. You can billing through bar code by default in barcode scan.

You can also billing through product wise by just clicking on check box of product san


You can type product name here

After typing in product section list of product will be display from

where you can choose your product



You can see here different types of buttons like product search, customer info, delete, exchange, etc

After billing click on save button


Your billed product will be displayed here

After click on save button software ask for print bill.

Click on yes


This is the format of bill.



Lets have a quick view on other valuable features of software


You can view your accounts section by here

On clicking Accounts you can see lots of features here.

First click on Accounts Master.


In Opening Balance you can add General Ledger, sundry debtors, sundry Creditors

In Accounts Masters you can create Ledger .

In Voucher Entry you can create different types of Voucher Entries

In Bank Reconciliation you can check bank transaction details.


In Bank Reconciliation you can see the format where you can select month, Ledger and the check your balance in your bank
