THE SUBJECT OF THE PRESENTATION is related to the studies and researches of Pier Luigi Ighina specifically related to one of his own inventions: “The Antiseismic Valve” (VA). It’ s a device, which according to the studies and technology developed by its inventor: Pier L. Ighina (picture below), has demonstrated to be capable of “buffering” the energy that, eventually can cause an earthquake to take place, in the area in which the device is installed.

Pier L. Ighina had the opportunity to

form and maintain a close working relationship with Guglielmo Marconi for about ten years . In fact Pier L. Ighina received directly from him the information related to his studies, discoveries and technological developments. In an interview with Maurizio Costancio, (a renowned international reporter of a Italian national TV station) to the question - "How long have you worked with Mr. Guglielmo Marconi?" Pier L. Ighina answered - "Until his death (1937). Then I kept working on the secrets he left me “.

GUGLIELMO MARCONI

(1874 – 1937)

Nobel Prize for Physics 1909. Italian physicist and inventor. He invented the wireless telegraphic transmission utilizing radio waves.

Page 6: Antiseismic valve presentation

Other previous inventions related to the radio, were not very successful due to the lack of the antenna. G. Marconi invented it with success and its implementation was so great at the time that he managed to turn on the light on a boat in Sydney (Australia) by means of a pulse sent from a telegraph set in the port of Genoa (Italy); thus showing that the radio waves could propagate by a curved path according to the shape of the earth. Note: it is now days proven that the above mentioned studies and discoveries are very closely related to the ones realized by Nikola Tesla as well.

Page 7: Antiseismic valve presentation

The most relevant technological legacy left by G. Marconi is a specific discovery, which, by the way, is also the precursor of his most recognized invention: the antenna. This specific discovery is the pillar for many subsequent developments that leaded to a large number of inventions and practical applications invented by Pier L. Ighina throughout his life. In many original documents and interviews he mentioned that the studies and discoveries made by G. Marconi were the source of knowledge for his own

inventions; specifically the studies related to the: ROTARY SOLAR RHYTHM.

THE INVENTION OF THE ANTENA

Page 8: Antiseismic valve presentation

In many documents Pier L. Ighina states that the positive light energy (visible on earth), is originating from the sun in the form of plasma and it reaches the earth in huge amount day and day out. A particular and specific characteristic of the form related to the structure of the energy from the sun, is of a clockwise spiral with yellow color. The interaction of a certain amount of the solar energy while passing through the various layers of the earth's atmosphere, results in a lowered speed of it and so it’ s “transformed” in different ways; the most common are: 1. light and 2. heat, 3. electromagnetic energy of various nature. Some of that energy is adsorbed by the earth and it is reflected as negative energy in a form of a spiral turning left and it is blue in color. This process is continuous and constant (perpetual) forming a "harmonic throbbing" which is the source, and origin of life on earth and of its persistence. This discovery was called by Pier Luigi I. the ROTARY SOLAR RHYTHM.

The "sunspots activity and solar flares" that are occurring on the sun, shoot directly on earth huge amounts of energy in the form of plasma. By the theories of P. Luigi Ighina these plasma waves induce in the "central sun of the earth," the generation of new plasma that, as it propagate and expand toward the surface of the earth, it also accumulates in the different layers of the earth and, as a result, can produce earthquakes. That is actually the “way” for the complex system of nature to rebalance itself. In specific the end results are: 1. the “discharging” of the “excess” of plasma and 2. the re-establishing of the optimal balance between the constant “incoming” flow of solar energy and the “outgoing” terrestrial energy (reflected and/or originated by the earth core).

NASA 8 march 2012 A huge solar storm will hit Earth today and could disrupt power grids, airline flights, satellite networks and GPS systems. The storm, the largest in five years, will unleash a massive cloud of charged particles between 6am and 10am today. Scientists say the storm, which started with a massive solar flare earlier in the week, is growing as it races outward from the sun, expanding like a giant soap bubble. When it strikes earth, the particles will be moving at 4 million mph.

Breakdown of the incoming solar energy

Page 17: Antiseismic valve presentation

The total solar energy absorbed by Earth's atmosphere, oceans and land masses is approximately 3,850,000 exajoule (EJ) per year. In 2002, this was more energy in one hour than the world used in one year. Photosynthesis captures approximately 3,000 EJ per year in biomass. The technical potential available from biomass is from 100–300 EJ/year. The amount of solar energy reaching the surface of the planet is so vast that in one year it is about twice as much as will ever be obtained from all of the Earth's non-renewable resources of coal, oil, natural gas, and mined uranium combined. Solar energy can be harnessed at different levels around the world.

G. Marconi and P. L. Ighina were able to understand some of the most important processes related to the creation and formation of matter as well as some of the aspects and mechanisms of life itself. In addition to how an UNLIMITED ENERGY SOURCE is being constantly generated by the ROTARY SOLAR RHYTHM. Each of which have remained as the most relevant and vital parts of the complex balance of nature throughout its evolution process on Planet Earth.

THE ANTISEISMIC VALVE HOW IT WORKS

Page 21: Antiseismic valve presentation

A relevant example in following the legacy of researches left by G. Marconi is the, now commonly accepted theory in the scientific world, that the Earth's core has the same characteristics of the sun and as such, formed by 99% of plasma. Besides that is now known that it exists a constant exchange of energy between the "two suns." This relationship is so close that when “solar storms” occurs in the central sun, the effects of the outburst of plasma, that inevitably reaches the earth, causes changes in the Earth's core that originates large amounts of energy, in the form of plasma, to propagate to the upper layers of earth up to the land surface. In the event of not finding a "natural vent“ (like a volcano), the plasma is now “trapped” in the layers of the earth and constantly builds up and thus creating, an "imbalance” between the incoming solar energy and the outgoing reflected energy". As a result, a sudden increase of the movements of the tectonic plates is generated. These factors can add up to the point where the accumulation of energy (plasma) can reach very high levels of saturation and may be the direct cause of an earthquake, which is the "natural way” to restore "balance of powers“.

Page 24: Antiseismic valve presentation

The operation of the Antiseismic Valve is based on the "Law of the Rotary Solar Rhythm “ discovered by G. Marconi and Pier L. Ighina. This is done in two phases: Phase One: the device "pulls" the negative energy from underground through its metal green root of the central backbone that is the core/energy carrier. Then the negative energy, reaches the cone on the top of the device where it begins the process of being transformed and it now becomes positive energy. Phase Two: the structure of "double spiral" kicks in and performs the function of creating a downward spiral motion of positive energy that penetrates the subsoil. As a result is being created a "pulling and suctioning” action of negative energy from the ground towards the root at the base of the device. This process is favored by the natural characteristic of negative energy that tends to make a "wedging" upward spiral to reach the central backbone. Then it goes through the process of "LOADING“ and it returns to the ground in the form of positive energy with a downward spiral. The purpose is to restore energy balance on the ground between the sun positive energy and the (reflected) negative from the earth.

I personally met P. Luigi Ighina in 1981 and had the opportunity to visit his laboratory in the city of Imola (Italy) and to receive first hand several explanations of his studies, theories, applications, inventions and even to know some anecdotes. This experience made me decide to proceed investigating more about it. In 2011 I knew and met the Ing. Domenico Caputo (www.cambioilmondo.it) who is the current constructor of the device as well as other inventions of Pier L. Ighina. All are built by following the exact and original technology as it was developed by its inventor. Currently there are 23 devices installed throughout Italy. Note: I’ m one of the Ing. Domenico C. assistant for over a year.

There is on hands the documentation related to a clear precedent for the effectiveness of the Antiseismic Valve (VA): on December 31, 1985 was recorded a significant earthquake that shook the town of Faenza and that literally “jumped” completely the nearby city of Imola. The records of the same earthquake shows that in the next city of Modena was also shook with the same intensity registered in the town of Faenza. In specific Faenza is located at about 20 miles east of Imola and Modena is located at about 35 miles west of Imola. That earthquake was significant enough that local newspapers reported on January 2nd of 1986, in specific the local newspaper "Romagna" titled: "Earthquake in Faenza and Imola nothing!“. The "explanation" was that, at the time, the first device was placed on the backyard of Pier L. Ighina’ s laboratory and that was covering an area of about 27 miles wide, enough to "cover" the entire city of Imola. (Left: the first original device installed by Pier L. Ighina on his backyard just outside of his laboratory).See below part of the paper article.

Page 28: Antiseismic valve presentation
Page 29: Antiseismic valve presentation

From the studies conducted so far, we can say that the model of the device that currently is being built has the range of covering a circular area of about 5.8 miles in diameter. The following is the report of one of the witnesses and device owner reported on the blog: www.cambioilmondo.it Note of the Ing. Domenico C.: on January 25th, 2013 at 15:50 a strong earthquake was recorded in the Garfagnana area, located between the regions of Tuscany and Emilia Romagna; the earthquake was felt in the cities of Florence, Bologna and Pisa. From the town of Ciano d'Enza, in the province of Reggio Emilia, an email arrived (to me) today at 16.42 that states: "(From Marco, a device owner) Hello dear (Domenico ), we are located at 42.4 miles from the earthquake epicenter. As always you want to collect information on the performance of my device, right? You can also survey others (users)! Anyway at the office, which is located at about 2.9 miles from the device, the earthquake was felt not strong, but clearly. I called my mother at home, where the device is installed, and as usual, she did told me that she didn’ t feel / notice anything. Marco ".
