Advantages: This weld Connection is nearly stress free and almost as
durable as the Parent Material. Tensile Strength of Welding as per DVS 2203. Strength of Butt Welding - 100 % of Parent Material. Bubble formation is not possible in this welding. Homogeneous one weld Joint durable as basic Material. No requirement of third material in process. Human error is not possible. Technical skill is not required. Weld Line can take very high mechanical load. Same strength of parent material can be attained. Stationary welding equipment. Joints not visible. Weld Line flushed - Smooth. Fully repeatable welding process. Weld joint done in one go. Average Life of Tank is 15 - 20 Years. Machine is Equipped & Programmed based on DVS -

Acid Fume Extraction System Advantages: All components are made from high quality corrosion -
resistant Thermoplastic material. Scrubbing of Acid fume prevents the release of aggressive
and harmful vapours into the environment. Vapours & gases are absorbed in the scrubbing liquid &
returned to the process. The most important basis for calculation are the determination
of the exhaust air volume and the pressure loss of the system. All the calculation are performed by software modules developed by Anticor.
Effective Scrubbing and guaranteed compliance with emission limits can only be achieved through an individually designed fume extraction plant optimized on the particular application.

Zinc White Fume Extraction System Advantages: Fume extraction systems are essential safety measure to many
industrial Hot Dip Galvanizers. Effective extraction both for smoke and fume is absolutely vital, not only for workers safety, but for optimum productivity too.
Anticor fume extraction systems are introduced with LIP TYPE LATERAL DUCTING placed on the edge of zinc kettle. Fumes generated during dipping is sucked thru lip ducting by centrifugal fan which delivers fumes thru scrubbing unit for neutralizing and clean air is released to the chimney.
