REF: 1) Environment Clearance for builtup area 51,195.1 Sq.m INSIDE FTL OF SHIKAM TALAB, neknampur village, RR District;(see attached)2) Times of India front page ad of 20 january 20193) SURVEY OF INDIA TOPOSHEET SUBMITTED TO Ministry of EF&CC, Govt of India, New Delhi, by Pooja Crafted Homes

Further to our representation of 21 january 2019, we question the Ministry of EF&CC as to what is their premise for Environmental Clearance when the projecPooja Crafted Homes for 'Magic Breeze' homes itself submits Survey of India toposheet that depicts their construction right inside the FTL of Shikam Talab N

We are yet to hear from any officials responsible for conservation of our precious water bodies and who are actively presiding over brazen illegal permissionsconstructions right inside the FTL of Shikam Talab, Neknampur, RR District, Telangana.

The EC for 51,195.1 Sq.m should be revoked and cancelled immediately, while the extension proposal 67,571.18 Sq.m. be rejected outright and all work undevicted and lake restored.

Most importantly, all officials responsible for this sanction be tried as per due process under law, for not acting in good faith, and for committing a crime of maproportion.

Also, PCH should not forget that they as citizens of India should uphold constitution of India and protect the water bodies as their fundamental duty. They alsto disallow corrupt officials and government to destroy our country. If this is not anti-national, what is?

1- PFA Cadastal Map of Shikam Talab, Neknampur village, RR District, Telangana where sy nos 56, 57 and 60 are FTL and Bufferzone of the water body.

Whereas, we find MAGIC BREEZE , of POOJA CRAFTED HOMES has obtained Environmental Clearance for 51,195.1 Sq.m and is now proposing to exteto 67,571.18 Sq.m.(see attached).

sy no. 57 is FTL of Shikam Talab, sy nos 56 and 60 are buffer zone and FTL of the water body.

Whereas the FTL map has geo-coordinates, the Area granted and seeking permission to Pooja Crafted Homes for Magic Breeze is not given in the projectthe Environmental Clearance or any official document.

'Pooja Crafted Homes (PCH +),has obtained Environmental clearance for proposed Residentialcomplex(with builtup area 51,195.1 Sq.m) under the banner "MAGIC BREEZE" at Survey Nos. 56,57 & 60 of Neknampur Village, Rajendranagar Mandal,Ranga Reddy District, Telangana state. Nowit is proposed to enhance the Built up area of Residential complex from 51,195.1 Sq. m to 67,571.18  Sq.m'

We urge and expect you to cancel the Environmental Clearance promptly and suspend the project. Further, A thorough investigation be held reofficials involved in giving the clearance and the report be placed before public soonest.
