Over the course of the year, WEC FELs have been successfully integrated into our work programme with nearly 50% of the community actively contributing to WEC flagships. Furthermore, an additional 22% directly contribute to specific FEL taskforces or initiatives. This engagement through WEC’s research and content is a crucial step forward: our study groups and knowledge networks provide FELs with a unique opportunity to build capacity and develop their skills and understanding in a structured environment.
