A&T Group Interior’s main areas of expertise are in Food and Beverage, Hospitality & Leisure, Retail and Commercial Office interiors.

DESIGN & BUILD - A project delivery system for interior works where A&T uses its in-house design team for providing the design / concept of the project and will be executing the whole fitout called “Turnkey Solutions” as per the approved design.

FITOUT CONTRACTS - A project delivery system for interior works including all the wall, floor and ceiling finishes, decorations, FF&E and MEP works where A&T receives the concept design / mood board including visuals, preliminary drawings and specifications from the interior design company or clients’ in-house design team.

FURNITURE, FIXTURES AND EQUIPMENT (FF&E) - A&T Group Interiors team will work with you to plan, design, budget and deliver your exact requirements. Our good relationships with trusted manufacturers and suppliers, long lasting experience in managing planning, purchasing, shipping and handover of FF&E and our capability to produce successful fitouts will suit every need.

DescriptionZainal Mohebi Plaza is a three floor office building opposite Burjuman Mall. From outside, the building gives a modern look, which also available in the lobby. Entering the building, the visitor is welcomed with a pleasant interior with light beige marble and wood cladding.

The interior of the building is fitted to accommodate large number of offices. There are 2 prayer rooms and lobby on each floor. Entering the upper levels, the corridor is built with porcelain tiles giving a classic and elegant look.

Concepts was established in 1996 in the heart of Harvard Square in Cambridge, Massachusetts, as one of the first shops to cater to the lifestyle consumer (footwear, menswear, sportswear, action sports, premium denim and outerwear). Concepts is considered a founding founder in retail, having laid down the blueprint to a market that has become the foundation of premium retailers around the world. Concepts as a brand have a strong history in the realm of sneakers and genre-bending collaboration and has established a unique retailer experience for the most discerning sneaker heads.

DescriptionToro + Ko is located within Citywalk 2 and is owned by the renownedMeraas Group. The interior is set over two levels and allows the Clientele to seamlessly travel visually and physically between its differing spatial interiors. Surfaces within were to be raw, urban and diverse leaving one in visual awe. There was also a requirement for the incorporation of thought provoking, bold, graphic and bespoke commissioned artorks.

DescriptionWhat one might notice when the first entering Ketchup by Bishop Design is a chrome geometric sculpture welcoming guests on the rear side. Yet what really creates a lasting impression is the chic, mystifyingly dark interior design of the space. While floor to ceiling windows are attempting to brighten the restaurent, the black and gold color scheme combats this, creating an overwhelmingly stimulating experience.

It is reflected in the design with a variety of gold and turquoise tones.

It is to create and build a unique retail space, reflecting the restaurant’s main concept. Materials used are concrete floor finish, natural solid wood flooring and painting, quality marble and antique furniture.

DescriptionThe designer has experimented with various materials, giving each wall a different treatment. In tribute to traditional Arabic houses, the designer mixed different tiles for the flooring and created fake attics, where they even placed an old bicycle, boxes and food cabinets.
