ANSI 107-2010 Class 2 Quick Check Guidelines

As a standard for total garment design, ANSI/ISEA 107-2010 requires: • Garment fabric must be fluorescent – Red/orange or – Lime/yellow • It must have 201 in.² of retroreflective trim and 775 in.² of fluorescent background material. • Reflective trim must provide 360° visibility – with horizontal gaps of 50 mm or less. • Garments without reflective on the sleeves must have 23.25in² of reflective material in the shoulder area. • Flame resistant garments must also comply with ASTM F-1506, ASTM F1891-06, ASTM F2302-08 or ASTM F2733-09.
