Prices are subject to revision after sale of every 25 units or as decided by the company from time to time.

Rs. 375/- per sqft will be charge extra for EDC, EEC AND FFC. Rs. 3,00,000/- Covered Car Parking (Each) & Rs. 1,50,000/- Open Car Parking (Each). Rs.75000/- for club membership. Cheque/draft to be issued in favour of “ANSAL URBAN CONDOMINIUMS (P) LTD.”

PAYABLE AT New Delhi only. Outstation cheque shall not be accepted. Price is subject to revision with prior notice and price ruling on the date of allotment and

acceptable by the company shall only be applicable. Holding charges @Rs 5/- per Sq.ft per month shall be charged in case customer fails or
