• To make a Organization with young Indians ( India is the youngest country in world).
• Helping them to fulfilling there dreams.• To make a Organization where every day is exciting and challenging. • Young Indians are like BLANK-PAPER. Needs to written upon.• Set & Structured business with defined guidelines & mentor could

• Types of Organization Should be defined: -a) Pyramid Tyre – Best reaches the top. Example - Army.b) Tower Tyre – Every one reaches the TOP. Example Civil
Services.
• Listing all the work and Do’s & Don’t which arises in doing duty.
• Pre-planning of every point of Value addition and developing a scripts for the same.
• Writing all Core instruction in a manual for training & future need of employees.
• No or minimum changes is Core instruction.

• Fresher's with enthusiasm & open mind.
• Proper Induction & Orientation + what is required from employee should be shared.
