Again I have been asked to review the books and records of the Mississippi Lakes Association for the year ended December 31, 2012.

This review consists of the checking of invoices and deposits with respect to the bank statements and ledgers. As in the past, I have found the records, as prepared by Bryon Edwards, to be complete and thorough.
