SLED100 The power of partnerships in creating sustainability and impact.

For just shy of ten years, the San Leandro Education Foundation has served as one of the primary conduits of community support for San Leandro’s public schools. This year we continued to maintain a balance of reliable revenue streams thanks to a growing number of individuals and companies joining our SLED100 Sustaining Donors program.

Begun in 2012, the formation of SLED100 was meant to gather one-hundred individuals and companies with a vested interest in the success of San Leandro schools and the capacity to make an unrestricted, multi-year commitment of $1,000 or more annually to the organization. At the end of the fiscal year, there were just over fifty SLED100 members accounting for over $95,000 in contributions! These sustaining supporters enable SLED to plan for the future and give schools the assurance that funding will be there for them—year in and year out. Thank you to all of our SLED100 members, both old and new, for being the foundation for our work.
