It is a time of year where all the local cattle ranchers get together and assist with the annual KAROO RANCHING cattle drive.

Here, you will meet the most authentic stock men & women of the South African outback and be let into their worlds for a brief

few days. This event is suited for both experienced & inexperienced riders.

We guarantee that the memories you make here, will last a lifetime. So, ditch your desk and all the demanding emails and

come ranching!

RATES• Adults – R 7 500 per person (3 nights, 4 days) NOW ONLY R3 750 pp

• Children R3 500 per person (3 nights, 4 days) NOW ONLY R1 750 pp (Ages 2–12 yrs)

• Payable in ZAR (South African Rand) or USD (US Dollars)

• Discounted rates apply to bookings made before 31 December 2017

EXCLUDES:

Alcohol (Billed separately)

Terms & Conditions

Rates are:

• Are quoted, invoiced and payable in ZAR

• Exchange rate to be taken on date of booking

• Are quoted per person

• Include all meals, selected local beverages

• Exclude meals in surrounding towns

• The KAROO RANCHING reserves the right to amend the quoted rates

should there be any change in the percentage rate of VAT or other

statutory levy of tax payable by KAROO RANCHING

• All payments must be made via direct bank transfer or cash

• Check-In time: 14h00

• Check-Out time: 11h00

Deposit & Payment Policy

The ranch is often used by various filming companies, thus it is important for us to manage our bookings well in advance, thus kindly note:

• A 50% deposit is payable within 14 days of making the reservation to guarantee or confirm the reservation.

• If the 50% deposit is not received by KAROO RANCHING, the reservation will be cancelled.

• The balance is payable 30 days prior to arrival.

• If the reservation is made less than 30 days prior to arrival, 100% payment is payable within 2 days of making the reservation to guarantee or confirm the reservation.

• All other costs incurred are payable on the last day of the guest stay.

Cancellation Policy

• 20% cancellation fee is applicable on all cancellations.

• 50% cancellation fee is payable if reservation is cancelled less than 60 days prior to arrival.

• 100% cancellation fee is payable if reservation is cancelled less than 30 days prior to arrival.

• Refunds: No refunds are allowed for late arrivals or early departures

Peak Season (15 Dec – 15 Jan)

• A 100% deposit is payable within 72 hours of making the reservation to guarantee or confirm the reservation.

Children Policy

• For their own safety, children without riding experience are not permitted to go on extensive horse outrides.

• Special horse rides can be arranged for families with small children.

• Babysitting facilities are available by prior arrangement at a cost of R100 per hour.

• When sharing with two full paying adults, children under the age of 2 years are accommodated complimentary in either a cot or a stretcher bed.

• When sharing with two full paying adults, children over the age of 2 years are charged the applicable child/ 3rd person sharing rate.

• All horse activities are at KAROO RANCHING’S discretion for the child’s safety.
