Registered campers are requested to reach the Hotel on Friday, May 27, 2016 by 5:00 p.m. Camp Program Will Include Spiritual Meetings, Satsangs, Guided Meditation

Question / Answer Sessions, Walk-a-Thon, Rest and Recreation.

Camp activities are open to registered camp members only. Relatives or friends, dropping you off or picking you up, are

allowed to come up to the hotel lobby area only.

The total charge based on double occupancy including Hotel accommodation for three (3) nights and all meals is as follows:

It is important that you kindly review all forms very carefully and follow all requirements specified in our covering letter.

We find that many applicants ignore our instructions and fail to provide certain important information,

because of which we spend valuable time making many long distance calls at a time when we get very

busy with other important camp matters. Therefore kindly pay special attention to the following points:

IN BLOCK (CAPITAL) LETTERS ONLY. DO NOT WRITE IN SCRIPT SINCE IT CAN BE

VERY HARD TO READ AND YOUR INFORMATION MAY BE RECORDED

INCORRECTLY.

� YOU MUST COMPLETE THE FORM FULLY. DO NOT LEAVE OUT ANY INFORMATION.

� YOU MUST PROVIDE YOUR PHONE NUMBERS, E-MAIL & FAX, IF AVAILABLE.

CAMP RULES

TWENTY THIRD SADHANA CAMP-2016 Friday, May 27

1. The camp is a place of self-discipline. All members are expected to cooperate in creating a serene atmosphere which is absolutely necessary to maintain the sanctity of the camp.

2. All participants are expected to be on the campus at all times and will not leave the camp grounds without the consent of Arjan Mirpuri.

3. Only registered participants will be permitted at the Camp. Relatives or friends dropping you off or picking you up are allowed to come up to the hotel lobby area only. Additionally, they are not allowed to visit you even in the hotel lobby anytime during the camp period.

4. Punctuality and attendance is required for ALL programs, including the opening ceremony on the 1st day, Friday,

May 27, 2016.

IMPORTANT NOTE: To maintain camp discipline, the main door to the Satsang Hall will be closed 15

minutes after commencement of each program. Program details with timings will be given to each Member attending the camp. Once the door is closed, no member will be allowed to attend that session and will be considered to be absent. Only volunteers who are assigned to other camp sevas are excused from this rule. Any member, who is absent three (3) times, will be requested to leave the camp grounds. We therefore request all members to please pay particular attention to this important rule and observe it or be prepared to accept the consequences.

5. Participants cannot drink alcohol, smoke or read newspapers, etc. during the entire period of the camp.

6. Participants will not be permitted any activity which is not part of the official program.

7. No reading other than spiritual literature is permitted.

8. No gossip, idle talk or telephone calls will be permitted. Participants will be expected to observe as much silence as possible. (NO CELL PHONES)

9. Ladies and gents should avoid communicating with each other unless necessary.

10. All parents with children are requested to make sure their children attend all sessions of the camp and they are companying the Parents all the time, do no let them sit alone with other children, this rule will be strictly enforced.

Children under twelve (12) may be excused from guided meditation sessions only.

11. It will be the parents' responsibility to see that their children maintain silence and discipline during a camp session and, if necessary, escort them out of the main hall so that other participants are not disturbed.

12. All parents will be expected to devote some time to take care of the children during the camp sessions. Kindly plan some activities for the children so that they are kept occupied and entertained during the camp sessions.

13. No member is allowed to block a seat in Satsang Hall for their own use or for a friend or relative. All seating is on first come first serve basis only, except the first two (2) rows in the front on both sides which are exclusively reserved for singers and musicians.
