The AriSEIA Preferred Solar Installer program is designed to make it easier for your customers to identify a solar installer who:

• Holds the applicable AZ Registrar of Contractors license(s)

• Is knowledgeable and practices great system design, installation practices, and subscribes to AriSEIA Code of Ethics and procedures.

• Has high customer satisfaction ratings

• Customer likely to view AriSEIA Preferred Solar Installers in a better light than contractors without this achievement

PSI Program Requirements

• Members shall maintain the highest ethical standards of advertising,

selling, installation and service guided by the principles of honesty and

integrity

• Hold paramount the safety, health and welfare of the public in the

performance of their duties

• Members shall act in professional matters for each employer or client as

faithful agents or trustees

• Members shall avoid deceptive acts in the solicitation of solar work.

AriSEIA PSI participation will require you to be a AriSEIA Member

PSI Program Requirements• Licensing - AriSEIA

requires that the applicable license, as determined by the Arizona Registrar of Contractors (AZ ROC) be held BY THE INSTALLER

• ROC updates their website to include acceptable licenses http://www.azroc.gov/

PSI Program Requirements• AriSEIA member in good standing (Subscribe to Code of Ethics)• Hold applicable license(s), in good standing and meet the requirements

set forth by the AZ ROC• Bonded and insured (Provide Certificate of liability adding AriSEIA as

additionally insured)• BBB Rating of “B” or Higher• Minimum Customer Satisfaction Rating• Successfully pass Compliance Checks from Utilities*

PSI Disciplinary Process• PSI has a 3 Strikes policy

– These are complaints from customers, or AZROC– Continually failing compliance checks– Could also be self-policing

• Strike1– PSI committee review for validity and company contact for

correction if needed• Strike2

– PSI committee review for validity and company contact for correction if needed

• Strike3 (your out for the year or longer if deemed)– PSI committee review for validity and company contact for

correction if needed; Company submit to the AriSEIA board of Directors for voting out of the PSI program

AriSIEA PSI Logo Use Requirements

• Each company must be AriSEIA PSI approved vendor prior to using Logo

• AriSEIA may temporarily or permanently suspend an installer from the PSI program based on complaints registered with the AZROC or if the installer is not in good standing with all PSI program requirements

• Creative materials must clearly separate AriSEIA from the vendor and cannot imply in any way that the vendor has a special relationship with AriSEIA

AriSIEA PSI Logo Use Requirements

• All marketing pieces and use of AriSEIA logo must be approved by AriSEIA

• Including descriptions of accuracy of production, or savings claims is not allowed

• PSI’s cannot claim they are representing AriSEIA or that AriSEIA endorses their company or services

• Approval for usage of AriSEIA PSI Logo on one marketing program/item does not extend to additional program(s) or marketing item(s)
