DVDs of annual conference are available for purchase through Junaluska
Productions in the Stuart lobby.
Park and Ride: The Conference has contracted with Young’s Transportation to help shuttle people up and down
the lake. In addition to the LJ transportation, there are 2 Young’s buses. Watch for them to stop at marked stops and use that as a way to park remotely and find a ride to the auditorium. There are
11 shuttle stops so there is one near you when you park in a designated lot.
2016 Journals: You can pick up an
order form for a USB from the desk in the
lobby. Return by mail or
to Kim Ingram by the end of July.
Please return nametag badges in the marked boxes located in the lobby.
You can keep your name

and outside on the grounds.
“Food Court” at lunch time and dinner time on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday
so you don’t have to leave the lake. Options are found
