A branded annoucement about a variety of topics sent to you by corporate, for you to forward to your contacts and post on facebook.

Corporate Generated Announcements:

From time to time, you will receive an email from corporate with a generic announcement branded to you. All you have to do is forward it to your contacts or post it on Facebook! This is a great opportunity for you to connect with your SOI and your contacts.

You will receive an email with a banner like this one, with a link below. DO NOT DELETE THE LINK. You have to click on it to view the actual announcement. Just forward the whole email to your contacts to keep in touch. Easy!

To share on Facebook, simply click the link to view the announcement. Click on the Facebook icon on the top right hand of the announcement and Voila! It is automatically posted to your Facebook! You can also post it to your LinkdIn or Twitter accounts following the same simple steps!

StepAll information pulls straight from the VNET. Here you can update your information as well as provide the url’s for all your social media accounts.You can also choose

which Association Logos you want to add to all of your announcements.

3Once you’ve succesfully logged in, click on EDIT MY INFO

Next, you should see all your Listings. An announcement is immidiately created for you every time you enter a listing into the MLS, you only need to make a few choices before it’s ready to send!

You can preview the two types of announcements you’ll be able to send:

Click EDIT when you are ready to customize an announcement for you listing.

Here you can name your announcement or it would automatically be named the address of your listing.

Click Next.

6Next you can choose the banner type you would like your announcement to say, or you can add a custom banner. Make sure you click the circles to make your selection.

You can also select your template color.

7You also have the choice to show or hide price. If you show price, Announce My Move will sync the data with their data feed so that it will make sure that you always have the current information.

You also have the option to add title lines. Examples are provided.

If your property has a virtual tour on MLS it would be automatically added. (This is not YouTube.)

8Here you can ad/change/hide your property comments. Your public remarks that you have entered into the MLS, are going to be auto-generated into the text editor. You can bold, enlarge, and change the color of the text.

You can also embed aditional videos and google maps.

Click Next.

9CLIENT VERSION - WRITE CLIENT LETTER

Here we encourage the seller to personalize this announcement and pass it along to the people they know. They promote their house for sale but they are also introducing you. A letter is provided, but you can customize it however you want.And you can decide if you want your client to be able to edit the announcement or not.

10CLIENT VERSION - SEND TO MY CLIENT

Just input your client’s email address and the announcement will be sent to them to share. Make sure to preview it on the left hand side bar before you send it. If you need to make any changes, just click the “back” button.

StepAGENT VERSIONWrite a personal message to your business contacts, your past clients, and your prospects, for them to forward through email and share on Facebook. The key here is to be authentic and personal. Make sure to encourage your SOI to pass this announcement along to people they know. You can also ad a Youtube video with a personal message or a google map.

Here you will be able to create an announcement sharing any content you want. Remember to not only do Real Estate oriented content, but also other things your clients might be interested in.

3Once you’ve succesfully logged in, click on CREATE.

4Name your announcement so you can find it later.

Click Save and Continue.

For Example: Say you want to share an interesting article you found about how to keep homes cool this summer. You would name it “Cool Homes.”

Click Save and Continue.

Choose the last option - “Custom Banners,” and add a main title.For Example: “Tricks to keep your house cool.”

7 Skip PREVIEW/MODIFY. Click on Save and Continue.

PICTURE OPTIONS

Click Save and Continue.

You can upload a picture that relates to the article that you are sharing. Make sure you do, because people are more likely to read articles that are accompanied with a photo.Choose the “I will upload the pictures and captions myself” option.For Example: For our “Tricks to keep your house cool” article, upload something like this:

Upload your photo or photos. The image specifications are on the screen. You can also ad captions to your pictures. To upload more than one picture, choose file and then click Save and Continue.

You should see the same screen again and you can keep uploading as many photos as you like. When you are ready click Next.

PICTURE ORDER & SLIDESHOW

Click Save and Continue.

You can change the order your photos will be seen as well as if you want them as a slide show.

PREVIEW AND SENDYour announcement is done! Preview it and go back if you need to make any changes. Once you are ready, click Save and Continue to send yourself this announcement so you can share via email and Facebook.
