• We do not make the correct choice

• We think it is ok as long as we do not know (we ignore)

• We do not give ourselves enough time to organise and make good food (especially people with families)

• Firstly, lets consider all families: No excuse for eating ready made food.

• Students: • Please organise your day • Cook quick food when very busy• Learn to sacrifice taste for Maharaj• Finally, use it as a good excuse to visit friends

with family (Families please make them feel welcome).

• Spend time in identifying good food through checking contents
