To manage and follow-up FTTH/OSP activities in the OMANTEL/HAYA projects. Handling of 06 Engineers, 12 supervisors and 15 technician team against HAYA Projects. Handling of 08 Engineers, 10 supervisors and 18 technician team against Omantel Projects. Responsible to assign the jobs to the teams and resolves their issues and take the progress from the

team on daily bases. Maintain progress as per project schedule with all related sub-contractors. Agree monthly targets with Senior Projects Manager and manage the team against these targets.
