Animals’ Demand for Choline Chloride
Natural choline exists in most of feed. The content is usually low in grain products,
but rich in certain oil seeds and meat.

The amount of choline chloride in feed depends on its composition and animals’
demand for choline. Table two shows us the total amount of choline that animals
require. To calculate how much choline should be added in animal feed, firstly we
should know the amount of digestible natural choline in feed and then add the
appropriate choline chloride. Therefore, animals’ diet can be optimized.
