• The date of Animal`s day goes back to the feast day of Francis of Assisi (October 4). He cared about the plight of homeless and other poor people, but also of plants and animals. According to legend, he once held a sermon for the animals.

What do you do with animal`s day ?

• You pamper your pet with animal-candy`s or take your dog for a long walk or give your pet a hug.

• At the primary school kids bring there teddy bear to school. And teachers are telling about animal`s.

How do I celebrate Animal’s day ?

• I have a dog and a rabbit. My dog is called Pip and she is 7 month’s. my rabbit is called Joep and he’s 2 ½ years old. With animal’s day I give my rabbit some sweets and my dog toy or take her for a long walk.
