In HASHOO GROUP I have a great knowledge and experience, I have adopt various new trends with the coordination of my Seniors, I have performed a lot of assignments, tasks and took many challenges in my daily routine. I served my services as an Accounts Officer in Hotel one for One Year. As an Accounts Officer I have a good experience of Receivables, Payables & Bank Recons etc.Now I am performing my duty as financial Coordinator since last 1 year. Assist DF in achieving tight monthly deadlines by prompt processing of transactions

Perform weekly payment runs, ensuring correct levels of approval and risk control are achieved

Complete accounting functions in accordance with established policies and procedures

Maintain Insurance coverage

Review source documents and perform certain general ledger entries/adjustments

Prepare/post month end accrual/prepayment entries

Maintain regular contact with other departments to obtain information and/or to correct

transactions.

Prepare monthly/yearly profit & loss account of all properties & Maintaining monthly Cash

Flows.

Assist DF in preparation of Budgets for all properties

Daily preparation of Bank Reconciliation statements

Monthly Payroll Reconciliation & Salary Disbursement.

Ensure provident fund is in line with the statuary laws

To Assist Auditors at the time of audit.

Responsible for smooth daily transfers to local banks.

Inter group Company Current account Reconciliation.

Monthly preparation of reports regarding financial information.

Deal with all leasing companies regarding leased items/vehicles and make required payments

when required.
