2. Trouble with Wifi WiFi can be fickle. Here are some solutions for solving wifi issues on Samsung and non-Samsung devices.

SAMSUNG WIFI TROUBLE

Some users have reported problems with their Samsung devices forgetting the configuration for ELillyMO or simply not able to connect properly. This has particularly affected Samsung Galaxy S4 owners.

1. Determine your OS Version. Find your device version by going to "Settings-->About Phone-->Locate Android version. Write this down or remember it. Example: OS 4.4.2, 4.3, etc

2. Forget ELillyMO and ELMO in "Settings-->Connections-->Wifi".

3. Hold down on "ELillyMO" and select "Forget Network", repeat for "ELMO". Be sure to scroll down to check for multiples. **This step is critical, if you miss this step or ELMO it will not work.** If you have multiple entries of ELillyMO and ELMO, forget all of them and then continue.
