1 Corinthians 11:23-29 (NIV) 23 For I received from the Lord what I also passed on to you: The Lord Jesus, on the night he was betrayed, took

bread, 24 and when he had given thanks, he broke it and said, “This is my body, which is for you; do this in

remembrance of me.” 25 In the same way, after supper he took the cup, saying, “This cup is the new covenant in my blood; do this, whenever you drink it, in remembrance of

me.”

Page 3: And so we come to The Table . . . .

26 For whenever you eat thisbread and drink this cup,

you proclaim the Lord’s death until he comes. 27 So then, whoever eats the bread or drinks the

cup of the Lord in an unworthy manner will be guilty of sinning against the body and blood of the Lord. 28 Everyone ought to examine themselves before they eat of the bread and drink from the

cup. 29 For those who eat and drink without discerning the body of Christ eat and drink

judgment on themselves.

"Gracious God, we now celebrate the memorial of our redemption. From the gifts you have given uswe offer you this bread and this cup,and proclaim

the mystery of our faith,Christ has died,Christ is risen,Christ will come in glory.”

Anglicans Prayer

I tell you most solemnly, if you do not eat the flesh of

the Son of Man and drink His blood, you will not have life in you. Anyone

who does eat my fleshand drink my blood has eternal life and I shall raise him up on the last day. For my flesh is real food and my blood is

real drink. He who eats my flesh and drinks my blood lives in me and I live in Him. As I, who am sent by the living

Father, myself draw life from the Father, so whoever eats me will draw life from me. This is the bread come down

from heaven; not like the bread our ancestors ate. They are dead, but anyone who eats this bread will live forever. (John

6: 53-58)

Our cup was filled with darkness,Our cup was filled with death, Christ took our cup an drank

it, and gave us life, and gave us hope, gave us Himself.

He Never sinned, nor ever deceive anyone. He did not retaliate when he was insulted, nor threatened revenge when he suffered.

He left his case in the hands of God, who always judges fairly. He personally carried our sins in his

body on the cross so that we can be dead to sin and live for what is right. By his wounds you are healed. Once you were like sheep who wandered away. But

now you have turned to your Shepherd, the Guardian of your souls.

1 Peter 2:22-25 (NLT)

1 Corinthians 10:16-18 (NLT) When we bless the cup at the Lord’s Table, aren’t we sharing in the blood of Christ? And when we break the

bread, aren’t we sharing in the body of Christ? And though we are many, we all eat from one loaf of bread, showing that we are one body. Think about the people of Israel. Weren’t they united by eating the sacrifices at

the altar?

THANKSGIVING AFTER THE EUCHARISTMy Jesus, I thank you for coming to me.

I know I could never deserve such an honor.  May I live always in a spirit of gratitude for Your kindness to me.  I now offer You all the thanksgiving of all the Masses that are being offered today and will ever be offered in the world.  May You be blessed and praised forever in the

Eucharist.

God’s love for us poured out in the sacrament of the Eucharist where Christ is truly present for us, giving us life and healing.

We are changed!

Revelation 22:1-3New (NIV)EDEN RESTORED!

Then the angel showed me the riverof the water of life,

as clear as crystal, flowing from the throne of God and of the Lamb down the middle of the great street of the city. On each side of the river stood the tree of life, bearing twelve crops of fruit, yielding its fruit every month. And the leaves of the tree are for the healing of the nations. No longer will there be any curse. The throne of God and of the Lamb will be in the city,

and his servants will serve him.
