Eclipse is ending...

[The next day/day after the eclipse]

Girl, dressed as if she just came from school, walks alongrows of headstones with flowers, and stops at one.

Girl puts flowers down, and turns to walk away. Suddenly,something grabs at her ankle. She struggles and calls out inpain. A groundskeeper with a shovel beats the thing on herankle and it is beaten, but it is not shown. Girl is veryfrightened, and looks terrified. The groundskeeper goes tohelp her up, but quickly retracts his hand when he noticesher ankle was bitten. He steps back. She looks confused,

still scared.

The groundskeeper raises his shovel, slowly.

The girl starts to panic.

He brings the shovel down...

SCENE 2 (INT. HOLLYS BATHROOM)

Motion of shovel is duplicated with a pregnancy test.

A girl looks at the test, and picks up the phone on thefloor

Flashback speeds forward/fades into after...

Holly is bunched on one side of the bed. Ethan had beenstroking her arm/her hair...

Hollys eyes are open, looking down at her pillow.

Ethan shifts to get more comfortable so he can go to sleep,Holly wipes a tear from her face. She sniffs.

Ethan hears/senses that shes upset...He moves in a littlecloser, awkwardly, tries to hug her a little.

Holly smiles slightly, but is still conflicted about whathappened...Shes still teary.

Ethan is swinging, the camera follows him as he goes backand forth. When he goes back after a few moments, hands stophim. He gets confused/slightly scared, and turns around.Its a zombie, and it grabs him.

ETHANThe hell...?

ZOMBIEDuuh elll...

Ethan is confused, briefly...

*Zombies imitate the motions of their victims, as toconfuse them.

Ethan tries to break away from the zombies grip/starts to

turn around to walk, looks where hes going, and there arefour more zombies.

One is going down the slide, one is pushing another on thecarousel, and one is hanging from the monkey bars.

Ethan is stunned; shocked, and holds still...

The zombie on the monkey bars arms break at theshoulders...It falls to the ground and moans.

Ethan freaks out, tries to break away from the zombie, butit keeps pulling him back, trying to bite him, but the

zombie is loose/weak.

Ethan eventually breaks the grip, and the zombie gets mad.He turns around, and the three mobile zombies are closernow. The one with no arms is crawling towards him.

ETHANOh shit...

Ethan sprints away.

After a minute or two of this, she trips over a metal bat onthe ground, picks it up, and whacks the zombie on the sideof the head with it, continuing to beat it until it hasdied.

Rynn runs over and thrusts the knife she brought into thezombie that Hollys already killed.

YEAH! We did it!

HOLLYThats a butter knife...

Holly rolls her eyes. Suddenly there are screams from insidethe house.

The two girls run to the house. They get to the door, andhave a look of horror on their face.

Each body that was there, dead, before is gone now.

They start running the way Ethan was headed.

The zombies start walking towards him. He aims the gun, butrealizes he needs to load. He cant find the ammo, only abunch of bullets.

Its taking him too long, and he knows this, so he justhurries to the car and locks the doors manually.

JILLWhats happening?

Frankie has a look of horror on his face.

Roy is walking along, apprehensively. Its quiet.

He hears moans. A few zombies come towards him. He getsready to fight.

SCENE 35 (INT. A QUIET HOUSE)

Rynn and Frankie are laughing and stumbling into a house, upthe stairs, and into the bedroom, closing the door andkissing.

Theyre kissing for a few seconds and collapse on the bed,before Rynn stops him.

FRANKIEWhats wrong?

Rynn sits up on the edge of the bed.

Ethan is running, sees Roy.

Ethan runs to Roy.

Ethan puts Roys arm around his neck, and helps him to agarage, where he sets him down.

Ethan grabs Roys hand.

He pushes the garage door button, and lies down where thedoor hits the pavement.

SCENE 37 (QUIET STREET/CEMETERY)

Hollys walking, upset.

Ethan is walking, notices zombies closing in a little.

Holly has an audioless flashback of her break up withEthan...

(Same walking shot of Holly, but lighter and differentclothes... She walks to the park, they both sit at a picnictable.)

All throughout the flashback, interspersed, are shots ofHolly walking, crying/upset, and Ethan fighting zombies.

Holly is at the cemetery. Shes very upset. She drops herbat and her bag.

She walks a few feet, and puts on her eclipse glasses.

Shes given up at this point.

She just stands there. She turns around, looks up, and seesEthan.

Ethan, never taking his eyes off of her, reaches into hispocket and takes out his eclipse glasses.

He puts the glasses on as she takes hers off.

They walk slowly towards each other, then speed up, andcrash into each other in a big hug/passionate kiss.

After a big kiss, they are hugging each other.

Hollys hands slide up, but stop suddenly. Her eyes open,

and she looks at her hand. Theres blood.

His back is covered in blood (a bite).

She moves back, and looks in his eyes.

She has an extremely panicked look on her face.
