Here is the questionnaire that I asked my target audience as well as other to fill out. On the next slide and the one that follow you will be able to see how I

used their responses/

feedback in order to improve my ancillary tasks!

Within my target audience bracket- so is important to

respond to feedback.

By having my audience say

that the genre appears Pop

shows that we correctly used the conventions

of the Pop genre.

Using pink was a good idea as we

knew it was correct for our target audience.

From this I made sure

that the group name was

bigger. I am glad we had this comment as before I agree it was too small.

I am pleased that our theme came across clearly

My target audience is aged 11-16 so this

group does fall in that bracket.

By having them acknowledge it as Pop we have used the

conventions right.

The colours work as they claim

they are appropriate and the ancillary tasks look

appropriate.

From this I made sure Siobhan and

I made the picture bigger and more central, we also used a group shot in order to meet our target

audience requirements.

Although this age category is not our

initial target audience I will still value any responses they have to give.

By having my audience say that the genre appears Pop shows that we correctly used the conventions of the Pop genre, including the fact we focused on the colour pink.

The fact they have said the piece looks

professional – bearing in mind the age of the audience

(having more knowledge about the appearance of album covers) I find this very positive to

hear.

I added different colour font to the poster in order to have more variety. In my section of the Digipak I added different colours to help

represent the girls.

This category fits with our target audience so their feedback is very

important.

By having them acknowledge it as Pop we have used the

conventions right.

The pink and bright colours

theme seems to work well with our target audience

like we had researched it

would.

This coincides with the other evaluation question as it proves the combination of the ancillary

task is effective. It also proves to us that they work well alongside the music video.

On both ancillary tasks we made the pinks brighter though not too much

that it is unreadable or unprofessional.

By having my audience say that the genre appears Pop shows that we correctly used the conventions of the Pop genre, including

the fact we focused on the colour pink.

This is really positive feedback

as we wanted the ancillary

tasks to look as professional as

possible.

This is something I feel we already corrected from a previous comment and therefore I feel I have a variety of colours as well as pink in

my ancillary pages and our poster.

Although this age category is not our

initial target audience I will still

value any responses they have to give.

By having my audience say that the genre appears Pop shows that we correctly used the conventions of the Pop genre, including

the fact we focused on the colour pink.

This is good as the conventions of Pop do tend to have a ‘cheesy’ feel to

them.

In order to improve this point I organised another photo shoot of the group with new costumes on in order for me to

have a variety of costumes within our Digipak and my sections.

Our theme clearly shows as everyone has agreed on the fact friendship is shown throughout.
