In this poster we see the awards the documentary won at the

top. Underneath this is reviews from magazines telling the

audience it is a documentary too look out for. From the title

“American Blackout” ,the American flag as a background

and the reviews you can tell the documentary is about the

elections which happened in America a couple of years

back. The reviews from popular magazines shows that it is a

documentary to watch. At the bottom it has the billing block

which contains information about the director and stars of

the documentary.

In this poster we see the title of the film in bold at

the top. The main image is of penguins in the

centre of the poster, from this it hints to the

audience the film is about penguins. At the bottom

of the poster it has the billing block which gives

the audience information on the direction and

social media links. This poster looks more like a

film coming out in cinema than a documentary

poster.
