Plot 1 shows the enveloped spectras from the motor bearings of this unit.
As can be seen, the spectra from point 1 shows a much higher level of activity with peaksabove the alarm limit of 0.5 G's. The spectra shows multiple harmonics of approximately 20Hz. which is a bearing cage frequency.
The amplitude and characteristics of the spectra suggest that the bearing is in an advancedstage of deterioration and it is recommended that the motor should be removed andoverhauled as soon as possible.

Plot 2 shows the enveloped spectras from both motor bearings of this unit.
These are examples of healthy spectras and are included for comparison to those shown forthe After Rinse Pump. There is evidence of slight bearing activity shown by the peaks abovethe 'carpet' level, however, these are at insignificant levels.
At this time no action is required, however, it is recommended that caution should be observeduntil the next survey is carried out.
