The popularity of the Next Gen Nestlé program means there are a few steps to the application process. It helps us discover truly motivated graduates who seize opportunities and think differently. Don’t be humble.This is could be you, so make sure you apply.

Before you get started though there are a few things you will need to collect. We recommend that once you have all the items in the below checklist, you set aside half an hour to complete the application form.

● An up to date CV / Resume ● A scanned copy of your Drivers Licence NOTE: This must be at a minimum a provisional drivers licence ● Your most recent academic transcripts ● Proof of permanent residency or citizenship i.e. passport, birth certificate, citizenship certificate.

Please note: For Australian graduate roles please note that we will only be able to consider applicants who are either a Permanent Resident or Citizen of Australia, have a current valid driving licence and have completed the application in full and meet the other requirements of the position such as area of study and availability.

For PNG graduates, please note that we require proof of your right to work in PNG and your latest academic transcript.

Note that when you go to apply, you’ll need to create an account in our system to prepare and submit your application.

Application Process

Australian applications open on 01/04/2015 and close on 30/04/2015. Once applications close we’ll announce the follow dates for the selection stages below and prospective candidates for stage 2 will be contacted directly.

Selection Process

Am I eligible to apply? To be eligible, you should be in your final year of university or have completed your studies within two years of starting the Next Gen Nestlé Program.

When does the program commence? January 2016

If I finish my degree halfway through the year, can I start earlier? We consider this on a case-by-case basis depending on our business needs.

If I am successful and need to relocate, will Nestlé help me with this? Yes – Nestlé will provide support and help with relocation costs. We’ll discuss our policies with successful candidates.

I’ve been invited to attend an Assessment Centre. Are you able to help with traveling costs? We will help subsidize travel and accommodation (where applicable) to attend Assessment Centres if you are regional or interstate from the location of the Assessment Centre. We’ll discuss this with candidates who are shortlisted.

What if I’m invited to an Assessment Centre but I can’t attend that day?Assessment Centre dates are fixed and unfortunately, cannot be changed.

Can I apply for the program again? Yes – if you fit within the eligibility criteria
