Auditorium Bump-In/Out $50 per hour

Includes drive up access to the theatre. Supervision from SCCVC. Please note: Health & Safety procedures must be adhered to.

Rehearsal $100 per hour.

Includes SCCVC Supervision. Auditorium work lights. Stage as required Green room holding space for cast. No audio, video or theatrical lighting.

Dress Rehearsal $300 per hour no minimum.

Includes Technical Supervision, Theatrical lighting, Audio & Video as listed on attached schedule. Can include technical operator training if operators are provided by the client. Green room holding space for cast.

Matinee Performance $350 per hour minimum 4-hour block.

Includes one front of house staff, one technical supervisor, snack bar operation during interval. Two changing rooms and Green room holding space for cast. Theatrical lighting, Audio & Video per the attached schedule.

Evening Performance $450 per hour minimum 4-hour block

Includes One Security Guard, one front of house staff, one technical supervisor, snack bar operation during interval, two changing rooms and Green room holding space for cast. Theatrical lighting, Audio & Video per the attached schedule.

NOTE: Security guard is compulsory for evening performances.

Recording Studio Use of studio space plus one technical operator $150 per hour

Includes selection of 25 microphones, operator & use of the studio recording spaces.

Mixing or Dubbing $95 per hour.

Includes operator & main control room

Video Studio & Green Screen 9 hours 8:30am - 5:30pm Daily Rate - $500 8:30am - 12:30am or 12:30am -5:30pm Half Day Rate $300

THEATRE LIGHTING

Fresnel 12 x 1200w Selecon High Performance Rama Fresnel with Fast Focus

Application: Fresnels are particularly useful in providing COLOUR WASHES to acting areas or scenery. Typically, 27 fresnels might be arranged above the stage to illuminate 9 areas (with 3 fixtures each). Each area is said to have a 3 COLOUR WASH. With dimmer control, and coloured filters, it is possible to mix many different colour combinations to each area. Fresnel fixtures tend to 'flare' more than do ellipsoidal fixtures and as a result they are usually used with a barn door accessory, to help control unnecessary 'spill' light.
