A prototype for a given project using crazy material(spaghettis, tennis ball, saw etc.)
We split into 4 groups, and spent a few weeks together to create 4 Business Plans ranging from Government, NSPS to retail, consumer and media industries.
› We were from 5 EP’s, 2 OP’s and other organizations..

We worked together with Customer.FIRST team, and brought our customer’s voice to all employees
We distributed customer comments from annual Customer Satisfaction Survey
to all employees in Envelopes (You have a Message),
and asked how they would behave differently to respond to customer’s feedback!

Outcome: 40% increase in idea submissions after launch on 27-05. Facebook Club contains 30% of workforce (volunteers)

Set a focus theme. Focus on quality of ideas.
Activities: Innovation Campus (A 2 day pgm to 5% of workforce with a renowned figure. Offline activities in Oct and Nov)
Shorter versions of it to another 20% of workforce – either in informal gatherings or online).
