Montgolfier buildings are a cost effective and trustworthy solution for general Industrial applications like Automobile Plants, Manufacturing Plants and Commercial applications such as Warehousing, Logistics, Retail and other applications.

• Combine the proven practicality of a rigid frame with almost unlimited size flexibility• Clear span framing systems allow for maximum use of interior space which is

particularly important in manufacturing plants, warehouses, offices and retail stores where uninterrupted space is required

• The width extension matches the eave heights and roof slopes for additional space or future expansion

• Corrosion Protection: The mainframe sections are fabricated and come with primer coat, which protect the base steel for much longer time than any conventional fabricated steel structure

• Montgolfier PEB Structural System comes with galvanised purlin and girt which last much longer without any requirement of regular maintenance, when compared with conventional unprotected structural elements


Structural Component Systems

Primary Structural Steel Frames Primary structural steel frames are the main load carrying and support members of a pre-engineered building. The main structural steel frames include columns, rafters and other supporting members. The shape and size of these members vary based on the application and requirements. The frame is erected by bolting the end plates of connecting sections together. All the steel sections and welded plate members are designed in accordance with the applicable sections as per the IS standard or equivalent international standards in meeting out the customer specifications.Secondary Structural Steel FramesSecondary structural steel frames refers to purlins, girts, eave struts, wind bracing, flange bracing, base angles, clips and other miscellaneous structural parts.Purlins, girts and eave struts are cold formed steel members which have a minimum yield strength of 345 Mpa and will conform to IS 277 or equivalent international specifications of ASTM 572 (Grade 50) or ASTM A653 (Grade 50)

Roofing & Walling Sheets

Our Roofing steel sheets are 0.470 mm or 0.500 mm or 0.600 mm thick and have a minimum yield strength of 245MPa or 345 MPa or 550 MPa sheets are hot dipped and galvanized substrate with zinc or zinc-aluminium coating. Galvanized materials conform to G90 for 275 grams per square metre or optional choice of zinc coating according to ASTM A653. Zinc-Aluminium coated materials conform to AZ150 according to ASTM A792.

Roofing sheets are processed with a multi-layered coating system to ensure long life and optimum coating adherence. The base material is pre-treated, before applying a corrosion resistant primer and top coat. The combined thickness of the painted film is coated with organic coating of 22 - 25 microns on Top side and 8 -10 microns on the bottom side.

Sandwich Panel InsulationThe main purpose of insulating a building is to reduce the heat transfer coming through the ceilings and openings.

Polyurethane InsulationThis is a panel manufactured by the press injection method to produce a polyurethane core between exterior steel facings. It can be used on the roof and wall as claddings.Fibre Glass InsulationThis can be used on the roof or wall and can be retrofitted on existing buildings. The fibre glass insulation is fire safe does not emit toxic smoke.

Types of Wool Insulation1. It is laminated to the top and bottom steel facings with special chemical glue hence

completely filling the insulation cavity. - Double Skin Insulation2. It is laminated at the bottom with Aluminium Foil and top side shall be protected with

wrapper.
