Three years later:
• Usage of the “library as space” has increased
over 7 fold and continues to grow
• In-depth reference transactions through the roof;
the library is a hotbed of learning and research
activity
• An 18% increase in printed book circulations.

- With a clear vision the direction is always known.
• Lead the charge.– Remain up-front and central during the
action.
