The goal of this project is to stimulate languages’ learning and the intercultural dialogue. Students learn to write in a cooperative form, as much with their classmates like with their partners abroad, and publish the article on line.

A/ Basic list of advices for teachers

* to decide the age of the implied students and their level of knowledge of foreign language;* to decide guidelines of time and the ICT’s tools used in the project;

* to share their ideas about how to teach a foreign language through cooperative writing and reading;

* to suggest activities and exercises that educate students to write articles in a foreign language.

* bearing in mind the age and the maturity of the students, the teachers decide on how much freedom the students will have in the creation’s process of the electronic journals;

* to decide about the way in which the students cooperation will settle down:or the students write the article within their own center, and once published on line they share it, and they discuss it with the partners abroad;

* to explain the way of working and the project purpose to the students. it is crucial to engage them as much as possible.

B/ Basic list of advices for students

* to get familiar with the necessary ICT’s tools for the project;* to organize themselves at the time of collecting information in the cooperative writing process. Or they work with their classmates or their friends abroad. With the aid of their teacher, they decide who will be the person in charge of each task.

* To decide on the sections of their electronic journal and agree them with their classmates (for example, From my school, the daily life in my country, social Problems in my country, Sports, etc.);

* to choose the relevant subjects and to select them with their classmates.

* to choose the journalistic approach in agreement with the subject and with their capacities (interview, news, new article, publicity, surveys, test, critics, announcement);

* to acquire the necessary linguistic skills for their task: through reading similar articles carried out by professional journalists, studying the vocabulary related to the subject, etc.

* The students find, select and organize the material about the chosen subject (via Internet or the library);

* They carry out a brainstorming and they prepare rough drafts about the article, respecting the journalistic approach that they have chosen;

* They decide on the disposition of the article and photographies that will illustrate the expressed ideas in the text;

* The teachers monitor the students work.

* Once written the final version of the article, the students consider the comments that the other group’s members make about the quality of the language, the content, the disposition and the illustrations;* They mention the provided sources of information in the article in a suitable way;* The students insert the article in the Twinspace or in the surroundings of the electronic newspaper ;* Finally, the teachers make public the articles.

* The students read the articles of their mates or the other group members;* They interchange comments , they keep in mind the quality of the language, the content, the disposition and the relevance of the illustrations;* The articles are published on an electronic journal. Students decide the design of the electronic journal(logo, front page). They organize available articles in agreement with the sections that were decided at the beginning;* They try to find common characteristics and differences in the perception of the chosen subject

in their countries.

I would add that an important aspect of the work is to put the students in a position where they need one another to write their article i.e, instead of writing about their town / school, they write about the partner's and so, they need to ask for information, details... which enhances communication.
