When orlginagy Pooled, Range Resources-Pine Mountain, Inc. was a conflicting claimant with Mamhall Johnson withregard to Tract 3 as created by Board Order as VGOB 06/10/17-1739. To resolve this confliot, a Letter dated May 21.2012, signed by Phil Horn, Land Manager of Range Resources-Pme Mountain, Inc., waived any claims to past orfuture royalties and requested EQT distribute ail current and futum royalties directly to Marshall Johnson, attachedhereto as a Mlsceganeous Exhibik Exhibit A-I and Exhibit EE annexed hereto, further specifies how said royaltiesare to be divided and paid.
