OVERVIEW

The Metreau Entry Communicator enables doorbell notification

to residents of hotels, homes, or condos from visitors at doors

and gates. With the addition of an AMX Modero intercom touch

panel, residents can see visitors via an integrated one-way color

camera, have two-way audio conversations, and open doors or

gates. Adding the AMX SIP Communication Gateway will also

enable residents to communicate with visitors from any telephone

throughout the business or residence.

COMMON APPLICATION

Ideal for placement in residential outdoor entryways or next to

doors to notify residents that visitors have arrived.

communicate with visitors from any telephone throughout the

OVERVIEW

The CSG-500 SIP Communications Gateway is a stand alone PBX

(Private Branch Exchange) that allows intercom-enabled Modero

Touch Panels to be transformed into full-featured IP phones. The

CSG can be configured to support a maximum of 50 users (or

extensions) and will support up to 25 concurrent calls. With the

CSG and an intercom-enabled Modero Touch Panel, you have

access to phone features like call waiting, caller ID, call queuing,

and voice mail. The CSG supports AMX Session Initiated Protocol

(SIP)-enabled touch panels, which include the MVP-8400i, NXD-

1000Vi, and NXD-700Vi, as well as third-party SIP phones. The

CSG-500 runs a version of Asterisk which is an industry standard

for VoIP PBX systems.

Exchange Office (FXO) ports and 4 Foreign Exchange Station

(FXS) ports. The FXO ports connect to a PSTN and the FXS ports

are used to add older technology analog phones to the system.

The NXA-WAP250G 802.11b/g Wireless Access Point provides

both high performance and increased security to support all

Modero wireless touch panels. In addition the NXA-WAP250G

provides convenient WLAN access for office/home computers

with connection speeds of up to 54Mbps. It is Wi-Fi certified

including enterprise-grade wireless encryption standards such

OVERVIEW

The NXA-WAP2403A is a ceiling mount antenna designed for

above-ceiling applications that require frequency coverage from

2.4 GHz to 2.5 GHz. Designed primarily for corporate settings,

the NXA-WAP2303A gets the 2.4 GHz signal out of the closet

and into the conference room, training area and any other

meeting environment that requires wire-free control capabilities.

The ultra flat antenna mounts seamlessly above any ceiling tile,

so it delivers a wireless signal clear and strong within the desired

area. This setup also keeps the WAP on the rack, where it can be

easily monitored – there’s no need to climb into the ceiling.

The WAP is always within arm’s reach on the rack.

OVERVIEW

The NXA-WAP2405A antenna provides residential and

commercial environments the ability to experience additional

wireless coverage area with the flexibility of placing the antenna in

the ceiling or on top of the equipment rack. In corporate meeting

rooms, the ceiling tiles allow for quick and easy installation. In the

home, where homeowners want the antenna out of sight, it can

be positioned on the top shelf of the rack. The NXA-WAP2405A

is designed to cover frequencies from 2400 to 2485 MHz with

a VSWR of less than 1.5:1. Its broad elevation plane radiation

pattern has been shaped to direct energy where it is needed,

while suppressing the misdirected upper and lower sidelobe

energy. The result is excellent coverage for a variety of

in-building applications.

The NXA-WAP2410A can be used to bridge antennas between
