SARTHI invites Online application from the eligible candidates. ELIGIBILITY 2. Income :- Family Income from all the sources should be less than 8 lakhs per annum. (Non-Creamy Layer candidates) Ref: Dept. Applicants who fulfil the eligibility criteria, and are finally selected through a selection process, and offered admission to Ph.D Programme in one of IISc/IISERs/IITs will be eligible for “Chief Minister Science &Technology Research Fellowship (CMSTRF)”. Tenure of Fellowship:The tenure of Fellowship will be four years for students from integrated courses and five years for B. Tech (or equivalent) students.
