After some decanting, the wine exhibits powerful notes of wild fruits (raspberries, cassis) along with pleasant perfumes of butterscotch and spicy notes of cayenne pepper, cinnamon and clove all beautifully merged. Originating in the historical quarters of Sanlucar and Jerez, and produced using the traditional method of ‘soleras y

criaderas’, our exquisite range of sherries includes all variations of this unique wine, from the dry, mineral flavours

of Manzanilla and Fino to the aromatic tastes of Amontillado and the sweet unctuousness of Pedro Ximenez, as

well as our smooth blends of Cream Sherry. From these Sherry vineyards, we also offer our authentic selection

of Brandy de Jerez. This special Brandy is produced by the same traditional ‘soleras y criaderas’ and aged in barrels

that were previously used to age sherry adding sweet sherry notes and hints of fig, vanilla and toasted almonds

to the Brandy.
