Lewis and Elizabeth Dowdy Scholarship @ NC A&T State University The Lewis and Elizabeth Dowdy Scholars Program is a preeminent scholarship awarded to entering freshman who have shown excellence in academics and scholarly leadership during their high school matriculation.
