Conclusion from HANA POC

• Benefits for AMG aside the POC:

TDMS, Unicode conversion, Code optimizations, Process Test Library

• The switch of the existing database to SAP ERP on HANA was well prepared

as a step by step procedure and flawless.

• To use all performance advantages from HANA, it‘s necessary to review and

if so adapt the transactions

• The POC System was robust, no technical failure during POC

(hosted by SAP)

• SAP is totally focused on making Suite on HANA a success.

The POC did not reveal showstoppers concerning

technical functionality, process and supplier support.

RQA is a powerful, scalable platform for the optimization of processes in development and

manufacturing with polytechnical data as „Big Data“

Based on the international ASAM/ODS data standard its real-time matrices and

its connecting diagrams can be configured freely and thus can be applied to

various environments like other test benches, wind tunnels,

crash tests or virtual engineering in general

Combines three innovations: HANA, Mobile, Predictive Analysis.
