Develop a good understanding of the evaluation criteria

Team members and/or internal team facilitators attend World Conference and watch presentations by finalists:

Qualify an internal facilitator, team leader, or team member as an ITEA judge

Use evaluation criteria from the beginning (don’t “back in”)
