1. Each person will be assigned to be Federalist or Anti-Federalist

2. Read your Outline as a group3. Make a list of 10 vocab words you feel need to be

defined for the 6th grade reader.4. At the end of each section, summarize the argument.

Make statements about what your side wants or believes about each section.

5. We will review / share with the whole class6. Annotate the article on the meaning of each section
