The ABPLA is the only organization accredited by the AmericanBar Association for certifying professional negligence attorneys inthe areas of medical professional liability and legal professionalliability. Board Certification is restricted to practicing attorneyswhose experience, education and recognized ability in the area ofprofessional negligence law merit recognition as specialists in theareas of legal and medical liability.
