RTP Trails + Bike Share.With our 100-acre campus, and easy access to the surrounding 14.5 miles of area trails, tenants can walk, run, or utilize our on-campus bike share program to fit in a great workout, or simply grab lunch from one of the many nearby amenities.
Sports Courts + Recreation Field.Park Point will have tennis and pickleball courts, and an expansive recreational field where tenants will enjoy playing flag football, soccer, ultimate frisbee or a multitude of individual or group workouts.
