The purpose of this letter is to recommend Manuel Molina for employment as a software developer for your company and/or next project. My name is Brian Davis, and I’m a Lead Developer at Amedisys, Inc, a home healthcare company based out of Baton Rouge, La.

In 2009, I had the pleasure of working closely with Manuel on some of the clinical projects I lead. During his time at Amedisys, Manuel worked very diligently to produce great software and to produce that software within the proper timeframe. 2009 was an extremely busy year for the company and Manuel was asked to make modifications to our enterprise system quickly. He was able to do so while learning our systems at the same time.

Manuel is a hard worker and shows great pride in the software that he writes. He often stayed late and worked on weekends and cared for his projects as if he were the lead. I believe that getting Manuel Molina as an employee for your company or project is an asset from a technical standpoint. I also believe that you’re gaining a terrific person as well. The only reason Manuel is currently not with Amedisys is because our IT budget for contract staff did not allow for another developer.
