Occidental Petroleum (OXY Contract) Occindetal Petroleum Detailed Design Engineering Services Call-Off Contract was secured in March 2012... AMEC Black Cat has over 90 multi-discipline engineers working on the Project. The main scope involves Brownfield modifications work ranging from concept studies, feasibility studies, FEED, detailed design to construction interface activities for wellhead hook-ups and/ or larger, de-bottelnecking studies for OXY's offshore facilities and assets: Idd El Shagri North Dome (ISND) which includes the PS-1 complex; Idd El Shagri South Dome (ISSD) and Al Rayyan Oil Fields, all offshore facilities; Halul Island which is part of a shared common facility with Qatar Petroleum.
