The Air Mobility Command (AMC) wants your travel to be as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. The following information in the AMC GRAM is provided to assist you. If you have any questions or concerns during your travel, please contact one of our quality passenger service representatives for assistance. Tips to help keep you flying:• There is no smoking on AMC flights• While checking in at the AMC counter, please inform agents if you have unique requirements associated with hearing impairment, asthma, pacemakers, etc. so we may better assist you.• All passengers 10 years and older must have a valid military I.D.• Open toe/open heeled, narrow based-high heel shoes and shoes with retractable wheels i.e. “heelies” are not permitted while on AMC aircraft.• Baggage I.D. tags are required on all checked baggage. I.D. tags are highly recommended for carry-on baggage.• Civilians, including dependents, require passports for international travel.• Pregnant women past 34 weeks gestation will not be accepted for air travel.• Women less than 6 weeks post-partum and infants less than 6 weeks old old must have an approved medical authorization to fly.• Non-active duty military members required birth certificates or passports for air travel to Guam.• All required border clearance documents must be presented at roll-call.• Reserve component members traveling on a DD Form 1853 are restricted to the continental USA, Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, and American Samoa.

Parking: • Parking in front of the passenger terminal is short-term only; cars left over 30 minutes will be subject to tow at owner’s expense. Long term parking is available in front of the terminal closest to the main road, adjacent to the old BX/Commissary. A long term parking permit is required and can be obtained at the Passenger Service Center along with lot location. Handicap parking is available in the short term parking lot.

Base Eating Establishments:• Burger King located in old Food Court: Mon-Sat, 0600-2200; Sun, 0600-2000 • Subway’s located next to old BX (left of entrance door). Daily 0700-2100• Top of the Rock (lunch & dinner) 1000 - 1900•Taco Bell, Pizza Hut, Popeye's chicken, and Charley’s subs is located in the new BX (Food Court): Mon-Sun 0700-2000
