SHIFT MAKING & MANAGING CHANGE

Spring 2013- 7 weeks Group Project (S . Gi l lesp ie , S . Kodi , M.Toro)

Rev i t , AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3DS Max, Pho toshop

The focus of Shift is to foster a new mindset for the transforming world through an imaginative,

CREATIVE, yet adaptable ECOSYSTEM. This DYNAMIC ecosystem reflects upon empowering

wellbeing and increasing self-esteem.

Shift team members and clients do not “meet” with one another, but rather come together to “CONNECT,” to exchange information, discuss personal ideas, and plug into the innovative bank within this V IBRANT ecosystem. A K INETIC circulation encourages movement, exploration and enhances the connections among users. The SYMBIOTIC relationship between the occupants and their environment supports creative growth and innovation processes. The impact being made within the working environment establishes a meaningful CONNECTION between the occupants (living organisms) and the workplace (non-living component).
