2. PricesarequotedexAtlanta,GA,USAanddonotincludeshippingandhandlingcosts(USOnly).Theshippingandhandlingcostswillbeagreedattimeoforder.

3. Netpayment isduethirty(30)daysfromthedateofshipment forcreditqualifyingcustomers.Achargewillbeaddedtotheunpaidbalanceonallinvoicesnotpaidbytheduedate.

4. Seller’sliabilityislimitedtothecostoftheproductanddoesnotincludethecostofanyothercharges.Sellershallnotbeliabletoorresponsibleforanyconsequentialdamageswhatsoever,includingbutnotlimitedtoanydamageorlossresultingfromdelayordefaultindeliveryduetoanycause.

5. Buyerexpresslyacknowledgesandagrees that itwaivesanyandallclaimsforconsequentialdamagesand/oranydamagesunderGeorgiaGeneralLaws.Seller’sonlyliabilityhereundershallbeforreplacementofdefectivegoods.ReplacementwillbegivenonlyafterSeller’s inspectionof thegoodsand itsagreement to theclaimeddefectivecondition.Sellerwillreplaceproductbutwillnotacceptanyresponsibilityforinstallationorremovaloranytransportcosts.

6. All claims shall be deemedwaived unlessmade inwriting and delivered toSellerwithin sixty (60) days afterreceiptbyBuyer.AGuidelineforProductReturnsisavailableandneedstobefollowedwhenreturningdefectiveordamagedproduct.

• Product WarrantyTheselleroffersawarrantyforproductsthathavebeeninstalledaccordingtotheinstallationinstructionssuppliedwith the product. The duration of the warranty varies depending on the product. Proof of purchase must besuppliedwithclaim.Thewarrantycoversdefects inworkmanshipandmaterials.Thiswarranty isonlyvalid forproductpurchasedandusedintheUnitedStates,CanadaandMexico.

Return/Warranty Policy

1. Ifyouwouldliketoreturnyouritemwithinthirty(30)daysofyourordershipdatepleasecontacttheretaileryoupurchasedtheproductfromtoreceiveanRGA(ReturnGoodsAuthorization).Wewillonlyacceptareturnifitisreturnedintheoriginalmanufacturer’spackagingandhasnotbeenmanipulatedinanyway.(The16AWGwiremustnotbedamagesorcut;allassemblyfittingsmustbeintheoriginalpackaging.)

2. Returnsofincorrectlyorderedproductsaresubjecttoarestockingfee.Ifyouhaveorderedincorrectly,wishtoorderthecorrectproductandreturntheincorrectproduct,yourrestockingfeewillbe15%.Oncetheproducthasbeenreceivedatourwarehouse,itwillbeinspectedandyouwillbecreditedforthereturnedproductlesstheapplicablerestockingfeeandoriginalshippingandprocessingcharges

3. Ifyouwishtoreturnaproductbutdonotplaceareorder,therestockingfeewillbe25%.Oncetheproducthasbeenreceivedatourwarehouse,itwillbeinspectedandyouwillbecreditedforthereturnedproductlesstheapplicablerestockingfeeandoriginalshippingandprocessingcharges.

Anytimeafterthethirty-one(31)daysofyourordershipdate,ifaproductprovestobedefective;pleasecontactyourretailerimmediately.PleaseDONOTshiptheproductbacktouswithoutcontactingusfirstandreceivingaRGA(ReturnGoodsAuthorization)Numberandreturninstructions.Itwillbethecustomers’responsibilitytogettheproducttoandfromAmbaProducts.Thiswillbeatthecustomer’sexpense.Pleasebesuretoadequatelypackageyourproduct;AmbaProductswillnotbeheldresponsibleforanydamagesthatoccurredduringshipment.Oncetheproductisreceiveditwillbeproperlyinspectedandtested.

6. Shouldwedeterminethattheproductisinfactdefective,underwarrantyterms,itwillberepairedandtestedatourfacility.Youwillbenotifiedwhenyourproductwillbereadyforpickuporcollection.Ifyouchoosetoreturnthedefectiveitem,ratherthanreplaceit,wewillchargea15%restockingfeeandyouroriginalshippingandprocessingchargeswillnotberefunded.Thereturnoftheproductisatyourexpense.Thismayonlybedonewithintheproductwarrantyperiod.Itemsreturnedafter90daysaresubjecttoa40%restockingfeeormaynotbereturnableatall(Thisappliestocurrentversionsonly).Wewillletyouknowourdecisiononcewerespondtoyourrequest.
