What is Metro Womens Center?Metro Womens Center is a 501(c)3 non-profit pregnancyresource center in Crystal, MN. We exist to educate thecommunity about pregnancy alternatives so life-affirmingdecisions can be made concerning the outcomes ofpregnancies. Since 1990 MWC has been providing acompassionate Christian response to the needs of men andwomen confronted with unplanned pregnancies. For more

Why have an Amazing Grace Walk?Your support will provide shelter for pregnant women!Through your efforts to raise funds by asking your friends,family, and co-workers, you can help MWC establish theAmazing Grace Home a safe, Christ-centered homefor pregnant women in Minnesota. $242,000 has beenraised towards our goal of $400,000.

How far do I have to walk?The walk is a short one-mile, family-fun stroll.You will be asking individuals to sponsor you foryour participation in the event instead ofsponsorships on a per-mile basis. Participants maygo further if they are so inclined!

Do I have to collect my sponsors

pledges myself?Yes, we ask you to collect the pledges at the time you requestindividuals to sponsor you. At registration, on the day of thewalk, please turn in your pledge forms and any money youhave collected. Please make sure the address section iscomplete for each of your sponsors so we can thank them fortheir support. If you choose to use the on-line fundraising

system, your sponsors will be able to contribute on-line.

How do I raise pledges?Commit to asking one person each day. Use email, fax, socinetworking systems, and our on-line fundraising system.Contact out-of-town friends and family, post your pledge forat work, or connect with people in your church. Set a persongoal of $150 to earn an Amazing Grace WalkT-shirt or rais$300 and also earn a summer weight Hoodie sweatshirt.

What if I cant be there the day of the walk? No problem! You can walk on your own in your favorite paror indoor space and mail your sponsor form and pledges to oCrystal office by May 14th.

What if it rains?We will walk rain or shine.

their own webpages and invite sponsors to pledge on-line. Eachwalker will have the ability to upload a picture and add his/her fund-
